II. Scope
kleinprivate.com is a static informational website. We do not use cookies, tracking technologies, analytics services, social media plugins, contact forms or user accounts. All fonts and images are served from our own web space; your browser does not connect to any third party server when you visit this website.
III. Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, on servers located in Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Each time the website is accessed, the server automatically records technical information in log files: IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, referring URL, browser type and version, and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. It is not merged with other data sources and is not used to identify individual visitors.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error free operation of the website. Log data is kept only as long as required for these purposes and is then deleted or anonymised.
IV. Contact by Email
If you contact us by email, we process the details you provide (in particular your name, email address and the content of your message) to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We delete this data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations (in particular under § 257 HGB and § 147 AO) require longer storage.
V. Your Rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
Where we process personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

VI. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
